Feature request: Add an option to automatically flatten/cancel a trade if any required protective order fails to submit or is rejected.

Example: if a market entry fills successfully, but the attached stop-loss or take-profit order is rejected, invalid, or otherwise fails to become active, TradersPost should immediately:

Cancel any remaining working orders for that trade, and

Market-close the open position.

Ideally this would be a strategy-level setting such as “Flatten position if protective bracket fails.”

The goal is to prevent an open position from being left unprotected when one leg of an OCO/bracket order cannot be placed.
