The fractional shares feature is great, but it has one major flaw. It is presently setup with no ability to determine regular hours vs. after hours. And markets disallow fractional share trading after-hours, it is only available (almost universally so) during normal trading hours.

This fractional shares feature REALLY needs the ability to intelligenty enable and disable depending on the time of day/ or minimally regular or after hours trading.

Without this enabled within Traders Post itself, it forces users to not use it at all (because after hours trades will be rejected with fractional quantity payloads), or it forces this decision to be pused upstream into other vendors or processes, and this option gets convoluted very quickly. There is no efficient manner, besides Traders Post, to enable this fractional trading toggle to work when it's allowed and turned off when it's disallowed.
