Is it possible to set up limit orders to be triggered automatically during extended hours, and market orders to be triggered during regular hours?

for now the best option is to toggle settings for different extended hours or regular hours. Is there a way to set it in the settings?

Yes, set "Entry order type" to market and then also check "Allow entry extended hours" and when the market is open, it will submit market orders and when the market is closed it will submit limit orders with extended hours enabled on the order. You can do the same thing for exits in the exit settings section.
